ETPCA Hall of Fame

HONORARY MEMBERSHIP

The ETPCA Hall of Fame was established in 1999 to recognize those members whose contributions to the profession and service to the Association have been significant, substantial, and long-standing. Members of the Hall of Fame have a demonstrated history of career achievement, sustained commitment to the advancement of the pest control industry, and significant contributions to ETPCA as well as conduct themselves with professionalism among their peers.

Dayton and Sheila Hylton

Since starting Dayton’s Pest Control Services in Powell, TN in his parent’s basement in 1985 Dayton has been a leader and inspiration within the ETPCA association and the pest control industry. Even with the sale of the business and subsequent retirement in 2019, the work that he and Shelia put into giving back to their employees, customers, and communities lives on today.

Ray and Tammy Johnson

From the launch of the company, Johnson Pest Control, in 1984 in Sevierville, TN, through Ray’s presidency not only of ETPCA but also NPMA until his retirement and sale of the business in 2019, both of them have been leaders, influencers and most importantly tireless ambassadors for our industry.

Karen Vail, Ph.D

It is hard to put into words the commitment, passion, and research that Dr. Vail has provided to the pest control industry since starting as an assistant professor at UT in 1996. In addition, her dedication and involvement within ETPCA has been invaluable and we look forward to our continued partnership. We were thrilled to contribute $2500 to the UT Foundation on her behalf at the 2024 Smoky Mountain Conference.
